This little goat turned out to be one of the more decorative and slightly fairytale-like characters in my series. I like the combination of her large expressive eyes, funny little horns, and oversized ears — she looks both a little mischievous and completely harmless.

For this character, I decided to add more ornamental details and patterns. The hair, horns, chest, paws, and even the details around the eyes became part of one decorative design. The floral motifs on her body and the small symbols surrounding her create the feeling that this is not just a toy, but a character from a gentle fairytale.

I especially like her calm pose. She is sitting right in front of us with an expression that makes it seem as if she knows some little secret but isn’t ready to share it just yet.

The flowers, hearts, sun, and other small elements surrounding her complete the character and make the composition feel light and a little magical.
